Observation: Ventilation and filter above dish-washing machine have dusty build up, which can cause accumulation of grease or condensation from collecting. Manager removed the filter and cleaned them during inspection an CORRECTED on site. --Observation: The ventilation equipment including hoods system has build up of dust above cooking equipment in the main kitchen.
