    Observation: Large pot of chicken in red sauce cooled with lid on it. Gave flyer in spanish and instructed proper technique for cooling large quantity.

    Observation: Spray bottle of sanitizer was not marked. It is not labeled.

    Observation: Using windex on tables. Made up bucket of sanitizer and will that on the tables now.

    Observation: Sanitizer in 3 compartment sink was too strong. Corrected and taught how to test.

    Observation: Rice was 82 degrees. Trained that rice, beans and meat have to hot hold at 135 degrees. Will keep on stove at 135 or hotter until finished with the product.

    Observation:New faucet will be installed on Saturday for kitchen handsink.

    Observation: Not wearing gloves when making a sandwich. Corrected on site.
