In the grill area the multidoor cooler - on top meat sauce is 58F, sour cream 53F, rice in unit is 60F - all phf shall be discarded. Pizza reach-in inside sausage and cheese are 68F, shall be discarded. Two door reach-in -phf in unit is 48F. All potentially hazardous foods shall be kept at 41F or below.

Store cream cheese in drained ice to help maintain the temp better. Pasteurized eggs were 48 F, shall be nexted further in ice bath to help maintain temp of 41 F or below. Multi door cooler on line food is up to 53 F, unit has been emptied and is being adjusted to keep proper temp.
