    Observation: Quat based sanitizer in bottle below required concentration. Quat sanitizer was dumped during inspection and re-filled to correct concentration. Corrected.

    Observation: No procedures for clean up of vomiting and diarrhea events.
  • PHF/TCS foods maintained at 41°F or below, except during preparation, cooling, cooling, or when time is used as a public health control
    Observation: Shredded spinach, egg whites on cold hold temped at 44*. Foods were voluntarily discarded during inspection. Corrected.
  • Outer openings are protected
    Observation: Back door with light coming through on sides.
  • Non-food contact surfaces and food contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans are clean
    Observation: Customer service ice chute not clean to sight or touch.
