Observation:Fully cooked thawing ham was stored in direct contact with packaged cinnamon apple product in the walk in cooler. Corrected during the inspection. Food items stored in cardboard boxes were stored directly on the floor in the convenience store walk in cooler and freezer.

Per prior inspection, walls behind the dishwashing machine need to be constructed of a smooth and cleanable surface by January 1, 2014. Walls are planned to be repaired within the next few days.

Some of the ceiling lights in the kitchen with plastic tubes for shielding do not have endcaps. Concrete wall by the high moisture dishwashing area is not properly designed to facilitate easy cleaning. Some mildew observed on the wall by the dishwash aea.
