Observation:Has chemcial cleaners stored immediately adjacent to food prep chemcial cleaners and boxes of gloves, must not store chemicals immediately adjacent to or over any foods or food service products to prevent cross contamination. Shelving located in dry storage near produce. Corrected on site.

Observation:No signs posted in either large RR at front of store or in men's RR at rear of store, to direct employees to wash hands after using RR. Will order more from corporate.

Observation:Sprayer hose at deli prep room is leaking, repair.

Observation:Unable to locate thermometer in reach in True Cooler holding single servings of milk in front cashier aisle, provide a thermometer.

Observation:Has leaking condensate line in walk in freezer in bakery area, has plans to repair next week, must move cases of food getting wet now to area that is not impacted by the dripping water. Corrected on site.

Observation:Chemicals being stored on pressed wood unsealed board shelving in dry storage area near produce room, must seal all wooden surfaces with at least two coats of light colored paint or varnish, that will be holding any food or liquid supplies, to make smooth, cleanable and nonabsorbent.
- Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises
Observation:Has one wire rack in deli prep room that is set up less than 6 inches off floor, must adjust lowest rack to be at least 6 inches off floor to protect items and aid cleaning.

Observation:Has spray bottle of sanitizer not labeled with common name, must label to identify product, was used by third party vendor staff. Corrected on site.
