Observation:Wiping cloth not stored in sanitizer laying by sink next to pop machine. All wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizer or hung to air dry.

Observation: Faucet on three compartment sink leaks at swivel. All plumbing must be maintain free of leaks and in proper working order.

Deli meat in walk-in cooler were not date marked. Must date mark cooked meats after package is opened if not used within 24 hours. Have 7 days from date mark to use or discard product.

Restroom and back wall behind Pepsi coolers are missing cove base. Provide wall/floor juncture cove base for easy cleaning and prevent water damage from crevice not covered.

Provide an ingredients label on all "self-service" dessert items in donut case, or keep a list of all ingredients per item in a book near register. Provide a sign on donut case stating " ask staff for ingredint list". All self-service foods (desserts, donuts, sandwiches, etc) shall be labeled with all ingredients.
