      A handwashing sink CONTINUES to not be provided in the bar area. Food establishment was given 90 days to install a handwashing sink in the bar area. The establishment has a 3 compartment sink and a dump sink available. Food establishment may use the 3 compartment sink for handwashing ONLY IF the dish machine in the kitchen is used for wash, rinise and sanitizing the bar glasses. Spoke with the Owner Brian during this inspection and he will either install a handwashing sink in the bar area or will use the dish machine. Will follow up in 7 days to have the sink installed.

      1) Container of sugar in prep room not labeled. Container was labeled during inspection. 2) Container of breading mix on lower shelf of table near cook area also not labeled. Please label.

The three compartment sink is being used for the wash, rinse, and sanitizing cycle of bar glasses.Install a separate handsink at bar OR wash bar glasses in mechanical dishwasher in kitchen and designate one of the three compartments as a handsink OR use a separate container in bar for sanitizing glasses and designate one of the compartments as a handsink. Repeat violation.

The absence of a mop sink was cited on last year's inspection also. Provide a mop sink in the establishment in the next 90 days.
