The small sandwich cooler on the counter did not have a thermometer.

Dumpster lid open, dumpster had trash. Keep closed.

The owner, Piyush Patel requested that the FSE have a name change to Avondale Suncoco. The FSE level changed from an 01 to a 20. The outside signs have been chaged. Chesters Chicken was no longer operating. The equipment was to be picked up by Quality Petroleum.
