I spoke to the owner by phone during this inspection. I left a JCDH Food Safety class schedule for the new worker.

JCDH 2.2 Provide food safety training for all food handlers as required./ The only Food handler card expired 07/27/11/ Information was provided to the food worker about the food handler class.

6-301.12 Provide paper towels or drying device at all hand sinks.
No paper towels in both toilet rooms, and the air dryers for hands would not come on. Provide paper towels.
No paper towels at the hand sink by the 3 compartment sink. COS, corrected on site, paper towels were placed at the hand sink.
5-502.11 Provide adequate refuse collection frequency.
Numerous bags of trash stored outside the dumpster. Dumpster was full.

I gave the person in charge the JCDH Online Food Handler class bulletin, and a JCDH Food Handler class schedule.
