JCDH 2.2 Provide food safety training for all food handlers as required. JCDH 2.2 Provide readily available documentation of food safety training for all employees at all hours of operation.
4-601.11 Clean interior of ice machine as often as necessary to prevent accumulation of soil and mold. Accumulation of residue and pink slime mold inside of ice machine. 3-304.11 Prevent the contact of food with non-food contact surfaces, or, with food contact surfaces that are not properly cleaned and sanitized. Accumulation of congealed residue on tongs used to serve pickled eggs, pickled pigs feet, and pickles.
The following shelf stable items were found to be past the manufacturers date limitation: PediaSure with fiber enteral formuolaexpired 10/01/11 and Dole diced peaches and mix fruit in a cup expired on 08/03/11 and different flavors of Nestle Quick milk drinks stored inisde of the RI cooler expire from 12/10 - 09/11. Items were removed from the shelves prior to the end of the inspection. 3-601.11 Cease the sale of food not labeled for individual retail sale as specified in law. Capri Suns and Kool aid Jammers juice pouches, barrel juices, sleeves of Club crackers, sleeves of Oreo cookies, and sleeves of saltine crackers.

Accumulation of dust and grime on fan covers of Ri coolers. Accumulation of residue on the fan covers of the WI cooler. 4-602.12 Clean microwaves at least every 24 hours. Accumulation of residue on the bottom of RI cooler. 4-602.13 Clean non food contact surfaces as often as necessary to prevent accumulation of residue. Accumulation of residue on the bottle glides in the RI cooler. Accumulation of black residue on the gaskets of the Ri coolers. .

Door jamb casing and bottle glides on RI coolers.
5-205.15 Repair plumbing. Leak coming from the pipes at the mop service basin.

Damaged wall inside of the WI cooler, wall has a hole in it and the wall is cracking. 6-202.16 Provide perimeter walls and roof that protect establishment from weather, insects, rodents, and other animals. Hole in the rool over the restroom. Trees and sky can be seen through the hole.
