4-601.11 Clean interior of ice machine as often as necessary to prevent accumulation of soil and mold. Accumulation of black residue and slime inside of the ice machine.
3-601.11 Cease the sale of food not labeled for individual retail sale as specified in law. Barrel juices and sleeves of oreo cookies and saltine crackers. ADPH 420-3-22-.03(a) Discard potentially hazardous food requiring refrigeration when past the date limit placed by the manufacturer or packager. Sunnyland cooked ham expired on 10/05/11. The following shelf stablem items were found to be past the manufacturers date limitations: Campbells tomato soup expired 07/31/10 and Beach Cliff Sardines in tomato sauce expired 08/11. All expired items were discarded prior to the end of the inspection.

Items removed from RI cooler and discarded prior to the end of the inspection.

Cracked or damaged base and floor tiles throughout the facility. 6-501.12 Clean ceiling and/or wall vent covers. Accumulation of dust and grime on ceiling and wall vent covers throughout facility.
