6-501.11 Repair or replace damaged floor tiles in the prep area and on the back, in the storage area.6-501.12 Clean facilities (floors, walls, ceilings, fixtures, etc.) as often as necessary to maintain cleanliness/clean light shields from grease.

3-403.11 Heat commercially precooked potentially hazardous food that will be hot held to at least 135 F for 15 seconds/when cheese heated up on the crok pot temp 92F started pouring into smaller containers. Returned to be reheated. Have cheese heated up, poured into containers, cooled in the refrigerator and microwaved before serving. Recommended to store opened can of cheese in the refrigerator and microwave it to 135F/above before serving.
2-301.15 Wash hands in a handwashing sink or approved automatic handwashing facility/water was cut off form the handwashing sink in the kitchen and employees were washing hands in the restroom sink or 3 compartment sink. Water was turned on.
