3-601.11 Cease the sale of food not labeled for individual retail sale as specified in law. Facility selling single eggs and single sticks of butter out of the cartons. The following shelf stable items were found to be past the manufacturers date limitation: Shur fine beef favioli 08/03/11, Shur fine chicken broth 09/18/11, and Americas Finest sliced cheese 07/20/11. Items were discarded prior to the end of the inspection.
6-501.11 Repair or replace damaged floor tiles. Broken floor tile throughout the facility. 6-101.11 Provide smooth, durable, nonabsorbent, easily cleanable floors, walls, and ceilings. Chipping and peeling paint on the walls inside of the deli area.

3-602.11 Label food packaged in the establishment as required by law. Chicken leg quarters and wings. 3-602.12 Cease changing or covering the manufacturers date limit. Dates on the bottom of the cans of Shur Fine cream of celery condensed soup, chicken broth, and spaghetti rings with meathballs have been scrubbed off. ADPH 420-3-22-.03(a) Discard potentially hazardous food requiring refrigeration when past the date limit placed by the manufacturer or packager. Bar S bologna expired 04/10/12, Bar S franks expired 03/15/12, and Shur Fine Milk expired 04/17/12. The following shelf stable items were found to be past the manufacturers date limitation: Shur Fine chicken broth expired 02/05/11 and cream of celery expired 02/05/11.

Accumulation of caked on residue inside of the microwave. 4-602.13 Clean non food contact surfaces as often as necessary to prevent accumulation of residue. Accumulation of black residue on bottle glides and shelving inside of RI and WI coolers and dust on shelving throughout the facility.
