6-301.20 Provide waste receptacles at all handsinks with paper towels. Several handwashing sinks on right side of Elementary kitchen area do not have waste receptacles.

4-502.11 Calibrate thermometers according to manufacturer specifications as often as necessary to ensure accuracy. Thermometers were not calibrated.
6-501.12 Clean facilities (floors, walls, ceilings, fixtures, etc.) as often as necessary to maintain cleanliness. Take measures to remove dusty build up from ceiling vents and ceiling tiles.

Middle school serving side had completed lunch service during inspection.

Utensils in drawer at dough station (tongues, etc) stored with handles in several directions. 4-904.11 Store unwrapped utensils so that only the handles are touched.
