Clean the shelves in the needed front serfvice refrigeration units.

Clean the sides of the fryer and steam side. Remove the build up of food residue.

Make repairs to secure the floor strainer at the floor drain across from the fryers.

Replace the womeens toilet seat, the sides were peeling plastic.

I discusssed with the assistant manager, Kendre Houston, the Alabama Seafood Labeling Law. The FSE does serve seafood products. A food safety online.com class bulletin was left with Ms. Houston.

Clean the grease from between the fryers and the warming cabinet.
Clean the storage shelves below the prep tables.

No sanitizer detected in the wiping cloth containers with cloths.
