3-302.12 Label all food or ingredients that are not in the original package with the common name of the food. Food items in reach freezer not labeled with common name.
5-501.11 Provide outdoor storage for refuse, recyclables, and returnables that is nonabsorbent, smooth, durable, leakproof, pest-resistant, and sloped to drain. Provde lid for dumpster. Dumpster lid is broken and missing.
6-501.12 Clean facilities (floors, walls, ceilings, fixtures, etc.) as often as necessary to maintain cleanliness. Remove dusty build up from blue condensor box covers.

Floor drain has been rebuilt and a cover is being made for area around large floor mounted cooker. Discussed with manager the preset silverware on tables.

3-307.11 Cover all food in storage. Food in reach in cooler must be covered to prevent possible contamination.
4-601.11 Clean bottom of RI cooler. Remove standing water from reach in cooler.
4-501.14 Clean dish machine and attached equipment. Take measures to remove dirty build up at dish machine exterior surface. Remove tape from machine to allow for proper cleaning.
4-903.11 Store clean equipment and utensils in a clean, dry location where they are not exposed to potential contamination. Tableware/silverware preset without being wrapped.
