5-205.15 Repair plumbing. Warewashing sink leaks.
5-501.17 Provide covered waste receptacle in womens restroom. Open face trash can,(Ladies room).
6-501.14 Clean restroom exhaust vent cover. Build up of lent,(mens & womens).
6-202.15 Provide self-closing doors at outer openings. Drive thru window is left open in between customers.

4-301.11 Provide enough equipment to maintain all cold-held potentially hazardous food at 41 F or below. Main display cooler for sandwiches, and other potentially hazardous foods at 45-50F. Food items were within temperatures limits. Display case not working properly. All food items were removed and placed in a double door reach in cooler. Maintenance called to repair.
