The bread was not cooked thoroughly. The store manager Charmie was ask to replace it, she then began to complain and did not want to fix the sub. She was ask several times until she finally, with attitude and rudeness replaced it. I have eaten there for over 7yrs and have never had any problems, other than when she is preparing the food she rushes and acts if the customer is a bother. She never smiles and does not speak unless she has to. Charmie also made a comment to another customer concerning the situation. very unprofessional. The managers behavior was unprofessional. Thanks to her my family will not eat there again.
