KDA_4_60111A - --Cold holding on the make table, were the following items in metal pans that had metal lids with sticker residue on them: crab sticks, shredded crab and shredded carrots. COS(corrected on site)-lids were replaced.
KDA_8_10312B - --The last logs that were available in the establishment for white rice PH was dated 11/24/15. Employee said records were in another store. At 3:45 PM records were found for today. Employee said he filled them out while inspector was here. He said temperatures and PH was done this morning, he just didn't have time to get it in the log book. Employee said that white rice is prepared daily, which would require daily records and PH testing. Inspector talked to general manager on the phone. She said she will get this taken care of.
