KDA_3_50116A1 - --In the small hot box there was one crispy chicken breast at 126.1F. The person in charge said it was placed in the unit around 10:50am and it was tempted around 11:15am (less than 4 hours). COS-discarded.
KDA_4_60111A - --On the utensil rack above the 3 compartment sink there was one (4 qt) plastic food grade container with a sticker left on the outside and stored clean. There was on small square plastic container and one small rectangle plastic container with oily food residue left on the inside and stored clean. COS-moved to the ware wash area. On the utensil rack above the metal food prep table there was one square metal container with a sticker left on the outside and one metal square container with dried food debris left inside and both stored clean. COS-moved to the ware wash area. There were three (20 qt) plastic food grade containers with stickers left on the outside and stored clean. Two of them were being used to store tea.
KDA_4_90311B - --On the utensil rack across from the 3 compartment sink there were 2 metal rectangle containers stacked wet/clean and not able to properly air dry. COS-moved to the ware wash area.
KDA_6_30311A - --There is one light burnt out above the fryers.
KDA_7_20111B - --On a lower shelf in the food line area, there was a plastic sanitizer bucket being stored directly above a box of single use 1 oz cups. COS-rearranged items. (Note: no leakage detected).
