4-302.14 - --The owner said she uses chlorine when she needs to do dishes. She is unable to provide chlorine test strips today. Explained the 1-2-3 method for verifying concentration (1 cap of bleach to 3 gallons of water). Note - she said that she rarely has dishes to do anymore. She only sells bottled beer and does frozen sandwiches that she heats up in the wrapper it arrives in to give to customers.
KDA_3_60211B4 - --The establishment bags and sells ice from the ice machine. The bagged ice that is for sale does not have any business information on it to label where it is coming from. Let the owner know to label the bags with the business name and address/phone number.
KDA_4_60111C - --There is a layer of dust on top of the freezer in the kitchen.
KDA_5_50117 - --There is no trash can with a lid available in the women's restroom.
KDA_6_10111A - --The wall around the 3 vat sink is plywood. Let the owner know that the wood should be sealed to prevent water absorption/damage.
KDA_6_20214 - --The men's restroom door is not self-closing.
KDA_6_30112 - --There are no paper towels/other hand drying articles available in either of the restrooms. Corrected on Site (COS) - the owner supplied.
KDA_6_30114 - --There are no hand washing signs posted at the hand sinks in either restroom. COS - provided owner with signs to be posted.
KDA_6_50119 - --The men's restroom door was open upon beginning inspection. Cleaning and maintenance were not being performed.
KDA_7_10211 - --There is an unlabeled spray bottle on top of the cooler in the kitchen that the owner said has cleaner inside of it. COS - she labeled the bottle.
KDA_7_20111B - --There is a spray bottle of cleaner stored on top of the cooler in the kitchen. COS - the owner moved this below the 3 vat sink. There is a container of disinfecting wipes stored on top of the freezer in the kitchen. COS - the owner moved this below the 3 vat sink.
