KDA_4_60111A - --On a shelf in the ware wash area there were 7 plastic bottles that had stickers/residue left on the outside and stored clean. This can hold bacteria. COS-moved to the ware wash area. KDA_4_90311A - --In the dry food storage room there was one box of single use foam lunch trays being stored directly on the floor.COS-moved off of the floor. KDA_5_20212A - --The handsink in the kitchen was reading 76.1F, the handsink in the ware wash area was reading 73.9F and the handsink in the employee restroom was reading 73.3F. COS-the person in charged called for them to be serviced and they are all reading 100F. KDA_7_20111A - --On a metal cart there was a grey plastic bucket with sudsy water labeled soap being stored directly next to a bag of frozen mixed vegetables and a bag of croutons. COS-an employee moved the food away from the bucket.
