- KDA_3_10111 - --In the deli meats were dated with a use by date of 5-6 days. The PIC said when they slice meat, they put on a new sticker each time reflecting a new 5-6 day use by date. The PIC was unsure how long some of the meats had actually been opened. The items were: buffalo style chicken, honey sweet baked ham, smoked chicken breast, pickle loaf, mesquite turkey, macaroni & cheese loaf, corned beef and bologna. COS-inspector educated. The items were discarded.
- KDA_3_30211A1a - --In the meat department, RTE stuffed mushrooms and RTE stuffed jalapenos were stored between trays of raw chicken breasts. In the meat WIC RTE mushrooms and jalapenos were stored on a box of raw beef. There was a piece of raw meat on the box of RTE mushrooms. COS-items were rearranged. (repeat)
- KDA_3_30211A1b - --In the meat department display case raw fish was stored next to cooked, RTE crab legs. The fish was stored on ice and the ice was dripping onto the crab legs. Raw tilapia was stored next to cooked, RTE crawfish and crab cakes. In the retail area raw shell eggs were stored in contact with cartons of RTE pasteurized egg beaters and RTE bagels. In the retail meat display raw bacon was stored in contact with RTE hashbrowns. Raw sausage was stored above RTE hams. Raw bacon was stored in contact with RTE hot links. Raw sausage was stored above RTE hot dogs. Raw bacon was stored in contact with RTE Party Time ham. Raw Honeysuckle turkey bacon was stored in contact with RTE, fully cooked Oscar Mayer turkey bacon. Raw Butterball turkey bacon was stored in contact with Cotto Salami. In the deli WIC a raw turkey breast was stored in contact with a cooked, RTE roast beef. Raw pork cutlets were stored in contact with a cooked, RTE turkey breast. COS-items were rearranged. (repeat)
- KDA_4_60111A - --In the meat department the slicer used to slice RTE hams had a heavy amount of food debris on it. A meat department employee said it had not been used today. He also said it only gets cleaned one time per day and not every 4 hours.
- KDA_5_20515B - --In the meat department the 3 vat sink drain leaks onto the floor and the hand sink drain leaks onto the floor.
- KDA_6_30112 - --There were no paper towels at one of the hand sinks in the deli. Inspector advised to stock. (repeat)
- KDA_7_20111B - --In the deli a spray bottle labeled Windex was stored with the spray nozzle above yeast. COS- bottle was moved. In the deli/bakery area a hand sanitizer dispenser is mounted above the large vat of frosting where donuts are frosted.
