KDA_3_30412B - --Sugar and Rice had bowls in the containers for dispensing with no defined handles. PIC COS by removing the bowls.
KDA_3_50116A2 - --Refried Beans in the back RIC temped at 64.8. PIC said that they had been out of the RIC during morning prep. PIC COS by placing beans into ice bath for rapid cooling.
KDA_3_50118A2 - --A container of Cooked Beef and a container of Cooked Shrimp Mix stored in the small MT were not date marked. PIC said that they were both prepared on 01/17. PIC COS by date marking the items. (Less than 10% of the total date marking)
KDA_6_30114 - --The kitchen sink and the men's toilet room did not have a sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands. COS by providing handwashing reminder stickers.
KDA_7_10211 - --A clear plastic spray bottle in the kitchen area containing a blue liquid was not labeled with common name. PIC said that it was Windex and COS by labeling. A clear plastic spray bottle in the kitchen area containing a yellow liquid was not labeled with common name. PIC said that it contained a bleach mix and COS by labeling.
