COS by providing handwashing reminder stickers. KDA_7_10211 - --A clear plastic spray bottle in the kitchen area containing a blue liquid was not labeled with common name. PIC said that it was Windex and COS by labeling. A clear plastic spray bottle in the kitchen area containing a yellow liquid was not labeled with common name. PIC said that it contained a bleach mix and COS by labeling. KDA_Defacto - --Mechanical Dishwasher CL sanitizer solution concentration tested at 100 ppm. --Refried Beans in the MT that were cooked at about 830AM were temped at 65.6 after 2 hours. --Rice Steamer: Rice 164. --Several items in the small MT did not have date marking but they were prepared yesterday afternoon/evening and had not been on site for over 24 hours. --Small MT: Sliced Tomatoes 37	01/19/2016	7	Licensing	In
