I continually visit the Yale and 51st location. And every time, my order doesn't come out right. I get home and yet again no curlry fries. Or my drink is the wrong flavor. Or my beef and cheddar, is lacking the cheddar. I don't know who to contact, but the manager always makes excuses. Is it just me or does anyone else have this issue? I enjoy the food. And the service is almost great. I wonder if this location hiring a manager? Cause I could see to it that no one else would feel about the customer service as I do right now. 3 times this month alone, I've gotten home and my order was wrong, who wants to drive back to the store and argue. A courtesy phone call never gets me anywhere but even more irritated.
