DISSATISFIED does not cover it! I used Print Works on Watson Blvd in Warner Robins to overnight 8 pieces of paper to TX at a cost of $96.30. Everyone at work was laughing at me when they found out what I had paid. Apparently UPS and/or the US Post Office would have shipped it overnight for approx. $20. I went back by the store and questioned the price. Print Shop said the FedEx software determined the price, and Print Shop had no control over the cost. I then contacted Federal Express who contacted Print Works concerning the unusually high cost. Reportedly, Print Works was very rude to the FedEx employee and tried to justify the price of the shipment due to the cost of their business expenses (i.e., I have to pay you to pick it up, I have rent, utilities, etc. to pay.) The package was delivered the next morning as promised--thanks to FedEx. NO THANKS TO PRINT SHOP FOR THE RIDICULOUSLY EXORBITANT COST. I learned my lesson. I suggest you avoid this business at any cost. (Pun intended!)
