I have been a customer for 30 years and in the past 28 years received excellent service. The employees all knew me and spouse by name, greeted us, called us with any changes and always made us feel appreciated.
Presently, there has been a new group of people and all the others have left. I know no one. They are rude, curt, and not helpful at all. They have made small errors and do not recognize them. They do not go to the extra effort to make things happen. For example, I deposited a 3rd party check endorsed to me: they signed, I signed. They never called or emailed or communicated, that this check was debited back , REASON: they said, the 3rd person had to be present. Now, because I did not do that at the inside office, it took a week for me to find out, when they returned the image of the check: Now, I go back to the company I am dealing with: and they require the original check back... fifth third branch tells me they can not obtain that. So, I don't have my 1,160.00 that is mine to this date.
NOW, YOU TELL ME IF THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE ???
