H&R Block locations in Miami County, OH (Piqua, Tipp City, Troy)

I have used H&R Block for many years and until this tax season thought the best of them and referred just about everyone I know. However I don't know if they have become careless about who they employ or if updated materials just aren't taught to ongoing employees. I have had the absolute worst problems with my taxes this year! First both mine and my wife's state taxes were filed separately and both were filed wrong one being on the wrong year form and the other apparently filed wrong altogether. Now we have penalties to pay for the one being filed late! Our federal return was filed a mess as well and we have spent the past 7 months trying to fix the issues. After finally getting through to the IRS today it all comes down to a form that we originally had to wait an extra two months to be released.... That H&R Block STILL filed it on the wrong years form! So I get to fill out the paperwork that they should have had right in the first place and yet again mail in another form! $357 is way too much to pay if your just going to have to end up jumping through hoops and having to file it all yourself anyway! I will never refer anyone again! I myself have now learned how to file my own taxes and will never need to pay people that apparently have no clue how to do their job again!
