The staff was courteous but the food was nasty. The play place smelled like dirty feet and straight funky. We couldn't even stay in the play area because of the smell. Here I am with food poisoning that started just a few hours ago. This place is nasty!! I wish I would have just asked for my money back and left.

Mer # 058942 manager got my order wrong and after paying $2.09 to correct my order (double bacon Smokehouse burger) vs single, she had them cook a 1/4# patty and give it to me. I thought it was a mistake but she said that’s the difference. I told her I don’t want the difference, I want my order “double bacon Smokehouse” but she acted like I was asking for the impossible. I never got my double bacon Smokehouse.
Soon after she made the same mistake with another customer (not in our party).
