Waited 15 minutes for a happy meal. I have never in my life seen a slower McDonald's and it's not just once it's every time I go there. You all need to clean house there. It's awful!!!! Seriously awful. Seriously!!!! Get your team together people. Never again. I would rather drive 5 minutes further.

I stop and waited in line to get a simple cup of coffee. I ask for 3 cream. When I went to the window she handed me my coffee and I check it and it had NO cream. I requested my cream and a manager interrupted and stated we give them out on the side. I stated they regardless, I was given none to start with. I have been to many McDonalds in the past and I they would put it in, including this one. However, I don't care as long as I get it. I drive away and took a drink and they put sugar in my coffee, in which I clearly order three creams only. I just threw it away because I was not about to get back in line. I will not go back to this McDonald and warn others. It is just the principle of them not feeling a simple order and the bad attitude of management. Have a great day
