McDonald's locations in Omaha, NE

I called in to McDonald's with my brother and he forgot what to say and said "sorry I forgot one sec" and the worker said "why don't u smoke another one and try again later" and hung up. I think this worker should be fired!!!!!!!

I have eaten at this location two times now and received not only sub standard food but also sub standard service. The first time the order I received was not correct. When I called to complain I was promised coupons I never received. The second time I asked to speak to a manager about my previous experience and was treated with total disregard and the exact same mistake was made to my order again. This time I checked before leaving the drive through however apparently not well enough as my order was cold and under cooked. The chicken seemed dry as if it had been sitting out for a long time and the bacon was practically raw. The manager on duty acted unconcerned and indifferent about the whole thing and it has been two weeks since the first event and two days since the second and still no one has tried to contact me about my experience despite me leaving contact info twice.

I told the drivethru I ididnt get what I ordered and she said I got what I paid for
