ladies that wait on me at front counter are always very friendly and nice!!! Pizza is and has always been the time that they said it would be done. So no complaints at all always good pizza!!

We usually order pizza at this location every Friday and Fridays are busy but never had a delay in getting our pizza when they said it would be ready.

Price is very reasonable especially for a family of four and we usually get # large pizzas and it still comes under $20 so good meal along with a decent price!!! Cant complain about that.

So just call in or go online order your pizza from S. Seneca location and enjoy some good pizza!!!

It took an hour and 40 minutes to get my food and when it was delivered it was ice cold from sitting so long. When I called to report it, the person who answered the phone told me that my pizza was cold because they quoted me an hour and half and what to expect. That the wait now was 2 hours but she will let the manager know. She had an attitude in her voice. If they wouldve told me my food was going to be cold I would've went else where.
I believe that if there is that long of a wait the employee should tell the customer that there is a chance if the food being cold. I wasn't looking for anything free, I just wanted atleast an apology. I don't know if I'll be ordering from pizza Hut again now and I really love your pizza. We have 2 3 other pizza places to get our pizza from right in the vacinity and I always choose Pizza Hut but I don't know anymore.
