After placing an online order in early September and following the tracking ID to determine delivery date, I noticed the information said the package was delivered to my home address on Saturday, September 24; however, I received no package. On Tuesday, I called the Highland location post office asking for assistance and spoke with Melanga (unsure of the spelling of her name). After providing the tracking number, this employee said she would check into it and call me back in a few minutes. I waited a couple of hours and called the Highland location again and spoke with this same employee. She verified the tracking and said she would need to speak to the carrier and find out exactly where the package was delivered. She verified my contact information and told me she would call me after 5:00pm on Sept. 27. I received no phone call and once again called the Highland location on Wednesday, September 28 at 8:00am. I spoke with Cecilia who mentioned the other employee was unavailable but she would ask her to call me. Once again, my contact information and tracking # were verified. I waited until the end of the business day and after no follow up call from the Highland location, I called them. Cecilia answered the phone and said Melanga had left for the day and she was unsure as to what had been done in regards to tracking the status of my package. She suggested I call the next day - which is what I did. On Thursday, September 29 I made two additional phone calls to the Highland location and on the second call, Eric answered. He stated there was no information in the notes of my previous calls and asked (again) for the tracking number. I instead asked to speak to the office manager. Eric informed me he was the manager and he would personally look into my case and contact me on Friday morning, September 30 at 7:30am. At 11:00am on Friday, I called the Highland location (because I never received the phone call at 7:30am) again and spoke with Daniel. After being on hold for close to 6 minutes, Daniel informed me that Eric had to leave to assist a carrier who was in an accident. Daniel also informed me that the mail carrier was spoken to and they were able to identify the exact location of where they delivered the package at my home. Though, I have yet to receive the package and I've spoken to my neighbors in case one of the accidentally received it - I will take the word of your carrier that the package was delivered and has either been stolen off of my front porch or remains hidden in my front yard. However, I will not forget the poor quality of customer service provided by the staff at this location. It took 7 phone calls, all initiated by me, over the course of 3 days to obtain information from this office. I hope the next customer who reaches out to you for help, is treated in a more professional and helpful manner.
