Waited in line for 1 hour and 25 minutes...the Supervisors on duty did not care that there were over 30 people in the post office. They only had one person working the counter although it sounded like a party in the back. The supervisor wouldn't get on a cash register and help. 3 other women who work the counter kept walking through. What is going wrong at this place. It is terrible.

I have asked repeatedly for carriers NOT to use rubber bands around my mail as this destroys the readable edges and makes rips and tears. No one wants to listen to my complaint or seems to care.

Poor service takes 5-8 days to go from 63108 to 63385
There is no excuse for continued poor performance. This
situation is not a one time mishap but standard routine for
this branch.

Had no choice. A registered package was not documented as leaving the facility for 8 days....and as of this review, has not left there yet. Had long wait time on the phone to check on it. Envelop was going to Canada. I wish I did not have to deal with them. Calling the regular number (not 800) no person was available for the call... and no attendant available to speak with me. Very frustrating experience. Wish I had used Federal Express instead!

After days of going around in circles, about my mail being in "transit". I find that it hasn't left the post office since the 5th November, we are now on 13th! It has to reach destination in 4 days before cut off date! I sent it signed for with tracking to ensure it reach in time! No one to answer my call and being on hold for 30 minutes a time listening to an automated woman telling me how great usps are at delivering straight to the door! What a joke!!!!
