Walked into this store on a Sunday afternoon to buy an all-in-one printer. Two men were stationed in the entrance, one sitting one standing. Since they were obviously not shopping I started making eye contact assuming they were store employees. Well, apparently that brief and confused eye contact signaled to them that they could proceed to harass me as I made my way into the store. They followed me around the store verbally harassing me and making me feel very uncomfortable. The cashier at the counter did nothing to help even though this is a tiny store and everyone could see and hear what was happening. Even though I had every intention of spending +$80 on a printer I left feeling threatened and disgusted. I bought my printer at Office Depot instead, I suggest others do the same.
I'm still not sure if those two men were store employees or not, one seemed to have a uniform/lanyard on. Regardless the owner should provide better training to onlooking staff or hire more employees for safety. What an absolutely terrible experience.
