On my way home to mow the lawn, thought I'd pick up a Line-aid. Ordered a route 44 limeade with very light ice. Got sent two route 44's full of ice. Didn't realize till I got home that my drink was full of ice, called them looked, inside and the lime had brown around the edges on it and when I called them they said that " simply couldn't happen," bring the receipt back and the full drink and we will Make you a new one. It wasn't until I had drank half the drink that I realized that it was full of ice. I'm perplexed by this, and truly doubt I will return to a sonic again. Unfortunately, they are right around the corner from my house which was very convenient. I guess I'll have to find someplace else to go, thank you courteous sonic workers!!! Had this been handled in a better manner by management, I would still be a loyal customer.
Would you recommend SONIC Drive-In to others? No
