I was very disappointed in the service. I waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order,and then I waited another 20 minutes for my food. When I received my food it was cold. The carhop apologized for the wait but definately didnt stick around for me to complain. I pushed the button to talk to someone but after 5 minutes waiting I just left.
I contacted the number on the receipt and complained to the customer service rep that answered my call, about 30 mins later the manager of the store called me and apologized saying they were short staffed and she didnt realize until she showed up that afternoon. She offered to mail me out coupons for 2 free meals which 2 weeks later I STILL haven't received.
I will not be going back to this Sonic drive in again.
