Subway locations in Dickson County, TN (Dickson, Charlotte, White Bluff)

Was in store @ 7:30 am, Sunday April 25. A young lady (Heather) was in the back room. She saw me standing at the counter and made no attempt to greet me or come out. Finally she approached the counter and I asked her if she was open. She did not make eye contact with me at all and was very unfriendly. I asked to have my sandwiches toasted. When we tasted our sandwiches the meat, cheese, and bread were cold. My husband was a good customer . People work hard for their money and would like to receive a quality product in return. When someone that is being paid to serve you acts like it is a problem, you wander what they are actually doing there.This person needs more customer service training. Thanks
