I went through the drive thru at this place and was assisted by Brenda whom was very rude to begin with. There were no customers, we waited a long time for our food and she continuously went to the back with another employee which kept starring at us giving us a bad feeling as if our food was being tampered with. We asked another employee for a refund and at that point Brenda came to the window and if we wanted our refund. She quickly handed us our money back and had a change in temperament. The customer service was not up to par considering Yoshinoya is a well established restaurant.
