- R6.4 Observed mice droppings on bread retail shelving. Take safe steps necessary to eliminate rodents. Clean the shelving.

Packaged foods shall be properly labeled with: 1. common name of food; 2. list of ingredients in descending order of predominance by weight; 3. quantity of contents; 4. name and place of business of the manufacturer, packer, or distributor; and 5. nutritional labeling, if applicable.
