3.4/4.4- Foods on top of reach-in cooler were chicken 4°7 F and salami 45° F. Cooler below holding at 40°F. Reportedly operation just completed a busy lunch rush and top of reach-in was open. Walk-in cooler holding 45°-47°F. Ribs in cooler at 43°F and precooked hamburger 42°F. Walk-in cooler was reportedly just filled with dough. At the end of this inspection cooler was holding at °F. Please monitor and/or make any necessary repairs to hold 41°F and below.
4.5- Hood filter is greasy. Gaskets and door on upright freezer are dirty. Clean this.
R4.4- Replace the torn gaskets on the walk-in cooler and reach-in pizza cooler.
6.4- Purse stored on can shelving. Store employee personal items separate from food and equipment.
6.4- Repair the chipping wall below utensil storage by three compartment sink.
4.5- Bottom of reach-in cooler has pooling water. Clean this.
5.1- Hot water at handwash sink is turned off due to a leak. Plumbing shall be in good repair and hot water must be available to facilitate handwashing.
