The food quality is slipping.
Fries we over heated until they were hard on the outside.
They no longer sell regular ice tea, and it doesn't bother them that people request it and want it back on the menu. The "owners" are brewing their own flavored tea, so it is being forced on the guest. It is bottled, and an expensive smaller serving, than fresh brewed.
The waiter tonight never once check with us during our entire meal.
The wedge salad is served ward now for the second time in a row.
The manager Rachael, was unsympethetic to my informing her about the restaurant being closed for a private party last week, and the fact that we spent $30.00 in taxis to get across town, after checking to make sure that it was open. You can update your open status on websites instantly. She never even offered an apology when I explained what happened, much less a free appetizer or drink? I have been eating at PJ Clarkes for over 20 years. It is quickly falling off of the "old standards" list.
