Pastic wrap was removed, separated into two smaller containers to reduce temperature in a shorter period of time (corrected at TOI). Re-inspection next week. 11B. Sanitizing solution not used for holding wiping clothes. 11D. Some lighting in kitchen not shielded or shatterproof. Light in walk-in cooler not shielded or shatterproof. Lights in kitchen are dirty.
