11/10/2015 | Inspection | Note: At start of inspection I smelled a gas like odor in the front entrance to the building as well as in the bar area. Discussed this with the operator. Recommend following up on the gas odor. Shelly, lodge officer, states that they are aware and have spoken to the village regarding the odor. They believe it is a sewer odor from the ladies room.
Please ensure dishwasher reaches 180F during the sanitize cycle.
