Facility is using four hot plates to cook eggs to order, make soups from scratch, reheat soups, and prepare other menu items. Facility does not have a stove or oven. Any new menu items must be pre-approved by NYSDOH GFDO to ensure that facility is capable of preparing it with the equipment present. Menu provided at time of inspection.
