Ambient temperature of walkin is at 40 *F. 5 door flip top ambient temperature is at 40*F. Checked food temps and are all adequate and below 45*F. Red violations all have been addressed. Some cleaning has been done. Still many remaining blue maintenance violations to be addressed, Discussed remaining violations with on site manager today. All remaining violations are to be addressed in two weeks.
