09/16/2014 | Re-Inspection | On 9/20/14 at 11 am returned to China Jade and these violations were remedied. Walk-in cooler was organized and all food from open can containers were placed in food grade containers and raw meat was on the bottom shelf. Wash cloths were in a sanitation bucket with test strips for chlorine. Front counter and employee's table were cleaned. Light switch by non-functioning walk-in was covered with switch plate. Light in non-functioning walk-in is not functioning and owner is requesting electrician to look at it. All sized 10 cans from this non-functioning walk-in were placed on shelf in rear of kitchen until walk-in light is fixed. |
