 05/29/2015InspectionViolations 8A, 8E, 11D, 15a, 13B, 12C12E and 10A have been corrected from prior inspection 9/25/14. Owner had e-mail sent from Kristen Sayers on 3/15/15 that she could use kitchen hand was sink or toilet for disposal of dirty mop/cleaning water. Operator indicates she will be open officially June 11, 2015. Bottle of Poland Spring water (in refrigerator) temp. was 38 deg. F. Upon review, violation 15C, cited during the 9/25/14 inspection has not been corrected. An abatement that was included in the enforcement action issued on 10/14/2014 required that the 15C violation was to have been corrected by 10/31/14. This abatement must be completed by July 1, 2015.
