04/24/2015InspectionDiscussed labeling dry storage items and preparing salads from pre-chilled ingredients with the operator. A CO2 cylinder was stored within 12 to 18 inches of the Walk-In Freezer Door and suggested that they move it to a better location. The Refrigeration units in the Kitchen Area had thermometers inside them for measuring the temperature and the final rinse on the dish washer was 174 degrees F. The following food temperatures were measured (degrees F): Reach-In Cooler - Home Fries - 42.7, Frigidaire Refrigerator/Freezer - Cooked Cauliflower - 39.7, Service Line Cooler - 37.8. Report e-mailed.
